If you arrive without a vehicle, either by air or water, Hastings House will pick you up at the dock by prior arrangement.

If you arrive at Fulford Harbour on Salt Spring Island you will drive north on the Island about 20 minutes, and through the village of Ganges. Just past the village, with the Harbour on your right you will see Upper Ganges Road where you will turn right. Hastings House is on your right about a mile down this road.

Once at Hastings House, being a pedestrian is fun and easy—the village is just a ten minute stroll, or in summer you can catch a ride for $2 each way on the Queen of de Nile, an electric passenger ferry cruising between the village and Salt Spring Marina next door to the hotel.
