Hastings House 18 guest accommodations can sleep up to 48 persons, and its private meeting / banquet rooms seat 12-60.  If the entire property is reserved for a retreat or seminar, meetings and receptions can be held in the Living Room or Dining Room, as well as in the Verandah and Somerset.  Weddings and receptions up to 60 can be arranged with ample notice.  Hastings House will gladly tailor menus, rates and activities to the group’s requirements.

Reservation Policy
A two-day minimum stay is required for group reservations. Breakfasts and Dinners are required in the hotel. Morning Hamper, Afternoon Treats or coffee and refreshments in the Living Room or Meeting Room are included.  Lunches are also available with 24-hour advance notice.  If the entire property is reserved, children of all ages will be gladly accommodated. A 50%  deposit  and a 30-day cancellation is required for group bookings.
