Sip & Savour Harvest Dinner with Burrowing Owl

Hastings House is excited to announce their participation in Salt Spring's Sip and Savour Harvest Food and Drink Festival! We will be working with Burrowing Owl Estate Winery from Oliver, B.C. to present a five course dinner featuring herb crusted Salt Spring Island lamb prepared by our executive chef, Marcel Kauer and his team. Sophie Laurent, Wine Ambassador for Burrowing Owl will lead diners through their five premium estate wines selected to pair with each course. Tickets are $100 for the five course dinner and wine pairing. As seating is limited, tickets will be sold in advance.
